Before his tenure at SWA, Mr. Steven spent over three years as an associate in a prominent litigation firm in Jakarta, where he honed his skills in handling intricate legal matters. His career kicked off at a major legal aid organization in West Java, where he served as a public interest lawyer for four and a half years. During this time, he dealt with a diverse range of cases such as consumer disputes, the revocation of distributorships, and challenges related to mining business licenses, while also playing a vital role in environmental and labor disputes.
